About Chad Russell

Chad Russell leads one of the firm’s litigation teams. With over 20 years of litigation experience, Chad handles a variety of personal injury matters. During his career, he has also litigated civil rights, criminal, commercial, construction accident, and appellate matters.

Chad’s began his legal career representing injured parties and honed his skills as a litigator and trial attorney. He then represented insurance companies for several years. That experience gives him a unique insight into how defense firms and insurance companies handle personal injury cases, and the types of defenses they are likely to raise in a case.
