About Michelle Benedetto

Michelle is an experienced trial attorney who joined Cerchione Hurowitz Law Group in 2026. Michelle comes to CHLG from one of New York City’s premier insurance defense firms, where she spent 12 years handling a wide variety of personal injury cases.

Before that, Michelle spent six years as a member of the Bronx Tort Division of the New York City Law Department. In that role, she represented the City of New York and its agencies in personal injury cases.
